Legacy Northern Hikvision based product support:

Part of the Northern Video line, produced before December 2019, was manufactured for Northern by Hikvision. Due to the Northern brand exiting this partnership in order to provide customers with fully NDAA compliant products, we will no longer be supporting Hikvision based Northern products as of July 1^st, 2024. 

Northern Video products containing part number prefixes N2 and N3 are fully supported NDAA Compliant products and are available at a discount through our distribution partners for customers wishing to replace Legacy Northern Hikvision based versions. 

Part Numbers in scope: NVRPOE & NVRPOEH Series NVRs, TVIDVR & HDDVR Series DVRs, IP3 & IP4 Series IP Cameras, TVI Series Analog Cameras.
